Solid Food, Teething and Diaper Rash, Oh My!
This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Triple Paste Medicated Ointment for Diaper Rash. All opinions are 100% mine.
When I became a mom it was the most joyous occasion. But it was also the most overwhelming! I felt like I had no idea what I was doing or what I had signed up for. I was terrified. There was advice coming at me from everywhere and I had no idea how to absorb it all. In the beginning I tried to just stay focused on keeping my baby fed, warm, and feeling loved. Then he got his first diaper rash.
What I didn’t know at the time was that diaper rash can often occur along with developmental stages around 6 months of age. It can occur when transitioning to solid food and also teething. So when Mason had his first diaper rash, it was the scariest thing I had gone through up to this point! He would scream and cry at the slightest touch of his bottom during diaper changes. In turn I would cry because I felt so helpless. I tried several diaper creams but nothing seemed to calm him or ease his pain.
Then I tried Triple Paste and noticed the redness looked better and his bottom wasn't as sore to the touch (he wouldn't cry when I wiped his bottom or when I put the Triple Paste on). I really wish I had found it sooner, I could’ve saved not only time and money, but most importantly healed Mason’s bottom sooner! Some things to keep in mind as a new mom is when you’re headed for the 6 month stages of teething and offering new foods, it’s good to keep some Triple Paste on hand! Also, don’t wait until the first sign of redness. Start using Triple Paste preventatively as soon as your baby starts teething and/or starts solid foods.
Triple Paste ointment is safe and gentle enough for everyday use, yet strong enough to calm even the most raw, painful, and stubborn cases of diaper rash. Triple Paste ointment is available at several retail stores, including: Target, Walmart, buybuy BABY, CVS, Walgreens, Rite-Aid, Kroger, Publix and other fine retailers.
